Description¶

md5sumFile(filename)¶

Returns a md5 hash of the specified file.

The md5sumFile() method has the following parameter:

Parameter	Type	Description
`filename`	string	A file name.

Note

The specified filename must refer to a file located on the system running the mongo shell.
